Go Hi, my husband is responsible for the company into bankruptcy (is for embezzlement of funds), in alliance with the director of new business, what work with them.
The administrator has not frozen the account, as requested and was granted access to the resources that Arent former partner and has established a separate account, even if it owes the bank over £ 18,000 - a personal guarantee for the overdraft.
